Job summary

JE Dunn Construction is seeking an Aptitude Project Manager 1 to assist in constructability reviews, conceptual estimating, consultation, bid pricing and project management. The role focuses on coordinating with project teams on technology or Aptitude scopes of work, requiring strong leadership and communication to integrate technology into projects.

The position supports strategy, vision and values of JE Dunn and may involve travel and non-traditional hours to meet project needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, IT or related field is required or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years experience in Information Technology/Security/Life Safety related systems.
• 5+ years of project management experience (preferred).
• Must have valid and unrestricted driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Assist with constructability reviews, conceptual estimating, consultation, bid pricing and project management.
• Coordinate with project teams on technology or Aptitude scopes of work.
• Manage budgets, costs and projections related to assigned projects.
