LEO A DALY seeks a Director of Technology and Innovation to advance data, AI, and automation across the firm. You will translate practice needs into prioritized portfolios and drive value through pilots, governance, and measurements.

Lead a cross-disciplinary team spanning engineering, data science, and architecture to deliver practical, scalable solutions. You will partner with CIO and business leaders to ensure responsible use, secure data practices, and continuous improvement while expanding

Qualifications

• Strong ability to translate business and AEC needs into technology priorities and executable plans.
• Experience developing roadmaps, business cases, and governance for technology initiatives.
• Proven cross-functional leadership across business, IT, and governance bodies.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain technology advancement roadmap aligned with business priorities.
• Lead data, analytics, automation, AI, and related digital initiatives with stakeholders.
• Guide initiatives from discovery through pilot, deployment, adoption, and value measurement.
• Promote reusable solutions aligned with enterprise architecture and standards.
