Job summary

Johnson, Stone & Pagano, P.S. is seeking an Information Technology & AI Lead to manage day‑to‑day IT operations, oversee systems administration, and drive AI initiatives across the firm.

You will coordinate with outside providers and lead technology projects to enhance client service and efficiency. The role emphasizes building internal tools, developing dashboards, and ensuring secure, scalable tech usage while guiding staff through new technologies.

Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in IT support, systems administration, technology coordination, or similar role.
• Interest in and familiarity with AI tools and emerging technologies.

Responsibilities

• Provide primary internal technology support and troubleshooting.
• Maintain Microsoft 365 environments, firm applications, collaboration tools, hardware, and user access.
• Coordinate with external IT providers and vendors to implement improvements.
• Support onboarding/offboarding and access management for employees.
• Develop and maintain technology procedures, guides, and documentation.
• Assist with AI enablement initiatives and dashboard development for internal/external use.
