Peraton is seeking a Director, Digital Transformation, AI, and Data Architect to join the Corporate Growth, Enterprise Capabilities and Solutions team as a technical lead behind our most competitive pursuits. Qualifications

• 16+ years of industry experience.
• Demonstrated AI/ML architecture across enterprise or federal programs.
• Modern data platforms including data lakes, data mesh, and data fabric.
• MLOps and AI lifecycle management experience.
• Familiarity with DMBoK, DCAM, FAIR, COBIT, and data governance.
• Legacy modernization, API-first and microservices patterns.
• Human-centered design applied to federal programs with measurable outcomes.
• Experience supporting US government customers in contractor environments.
• Ability to translate AI, data, and digital transformation concepts into compelling narratives.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Digital Modernization, AI, and Data portfolio from strategy through execution.
• Collaborate with capture teams and sector SMEs to shape solutions from identification to proposal.
• Develop technical discriminators and solution narratives for competitive bids.
• Design scalable digital transformation and AI/Data service offerings and frameworks.
• Evolve portfolio by analyzing capability gaps, technology readiness, and market trends.
• Author white papers and solution artifacts to support customer engagement.
• Translate market opportunities into differentiated offerings with sales assets.
