Job summary

Masons of California seeks a senior technology leader to oversee the enterprise technology infrastructure for six entities, including networks, servers, backups, email, and telephony. You will guide strategy, risk management, and operations, reporting to the COO.

Qualifications

• Experience managing enterprise technology infrastructure and cross-functional systems.
• Proven success leading technology teams and managing technical staff at multiple skill levels.
• Strong vendor management, contract negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
• Exceptional critical thinking with holistic assessment of technology environments.
• Experience leading complex technology implementations or upgrades.

Responsibilities

• Oversee design, operation, and improvement of the enterprise technology environment.
• Manage a technology budget of ~$2.3M with forecasting and prioritization.
• Lead a technology team including engineers, supervisors, and technicians.
• Assess and integrate enterprise systems to reduce redundancy and improve data flow.
• Direct cybersecurity strategy, risk assessment, and remediation activities.
• Lead projects for new systems implementations and major upgrades.
