Job summary

The Masons of California are seeking a Director of Technology Infrastructure & Systems to lead the company’s technology infrastructure and systems across campuses and offices. The role oversees security, reliability, and cost-effective operation of networks, servers, backups, email, telephony, and cloud services while guiding strategy and governance.

Reporting to the COO, you will manage a multi-million dollar budget, coordinate with departments (HR, Finance, operations), and drive major system

Qualifications

• Experience managing enterprise technology infrastructure across multiple platforms.
• Proven ability to lead large technical teams and manage diverse staff.
• Strong vendor management, contract negotiation, and vendor performance oversight.
• Experience directing cybersecurity strategy, risk assessment, and incident response.

Responsibilities

• Oversee design, operation, and improvement of enterprise technology environment with focus on security and reliability.
• Manage an approx. $2.3M technology budget including labor and non-labor.
• Lead vendor sourcing, selection, onboarding, and performance management; manage security vendors.
• Build and coach a tech team of engineers and supervisors for high service delivery.
• Assess and integrate enterprise systems to reduce redundancy and improve data flow.
