Job summary

Masonic Homes of California seeks an accomplished technology leader to guide the six-entity infrastructure, security, and systems landscape. Based in Union City, CA, you will own the technology strategy, manage a $2.3M budget, and lead a team across network, servers, backups, and communications platforms to support 500 employees, 450 residents, and 150 remote volunteers.

Responsibilities

• Technology Infrastructure Management: Oversee design, operation, maintenance, and improvement of the enterprise tech environment with security and reliability.
• Vendor and Service Provider Oversight: Manage vendor evaluation, onboarding, renewals, and performance.
• Team Leadership and Development: Lead a technology team including engineers and technicians; coaching and development.
• Enterprise Systems Assessment and Integration: Align disparate business systems for data flow and efficiency.
• Cybersecurity Leadership: Define and execute enterprise cybersecurity strategy, risk management, and incident response.
• Project Management: Lead deployments, go-lives, and transitions to business owners with a standardized methodology.
