Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Inventory control and stocking medication orders.
• Identify shortages or excess inventory.
• Organize and rotate medication stock.
• Maintain accurate inventory records.
• Daily receiving and verification of medication shipments.
• Check expiration dates on stock.
• Manage medication storage.
• Assist with inventory audits.
• Identify discrepancies between physical inventory and system records.

General Summary

The Pharmacy Technician will be working in the Inventory Control Area, stocking, filling, and distributing patient medication orders under the supervision by a registered pharmacist following established policies and procedures. Key Responsibilities

• Inventory control
• Identifying shortages or excess inventory
• Organizing and rotating medication stock
• Ensuring that inventory records remain accurate and up to date

Education, License and Certifications

• 1+ years of inpatient pharmacy experience
