Main Event Entertainment is seeking a Technician II in Wisconsin to maintain and repair arcade games and related equipment. You will perform electrical, mechanical, and preventive maintenance while ensuring safety and cleanliness standards.

Qualifications

• 18+ years of age.
• 1+ years of repair/maintenance of arcade games or automated equipment.
• Guest-focused mindset.
• Teamwork is essential.
• Strong problem-solving and multi-tasking skills.
• Ability to learn and operate multiple systems.
• Knowledge of electronics, mechanics and hydraulics.
• Basic use of hand tools.
• Ability to work on ladders.
• Ability to lift up to 250 lbs.
• Familiar with OSHA safety practices.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair game/entertainment center equipment.
• Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues on games and related equipment.
• Maintain inventory records and order supplies as needed.
• Keep mechanic shop and facility clean and organized.
• Provide safe, high-quality service and on-the-job training when available.
