Job summary

Main Event Entertainment is seeking a hands-on Technician to service games and equipment, ensuring safe, reliable operation. You’ll perform electrical, mechanical, and technical maintenance, troubleshoot issues, and keep inventory and shop organized while delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Guest-focused mindset.
• Teamwork is essential.
• Strong problem-solving and multi-tasking skills.
• Ability to learn and utilize multiple systems.
• General knowledge of repair/maintenance of arcade games and bowling equipment.
• Electronics, mechanics, and hydraulics fundamentals.
• Basic proficiency with hand tools.
• Ability to work on ladders.
• Ability to lift up to 250 lbs.
• Knowledge of OSHA safety practices.
• Willingness to wear PPE.
• Clear communication with management, team and guests.
• Availability to work days, nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Perform electrical, mechanical, and technical maintenance work.
• Troubleshoot repairs on games, tellers, pinsetters, and related equipment.
• Disassemble, replace, and repair mechanical/electrical components.
• Maintain accurate inventory records.
• Order supplies, tools, and materials as needed.
• Keep the mechanic shop and facility clean and organized.
• Uphold cleanliness and safety standards.
• Greet and engage guests as a FUN ambassador.
• Paid on-the-job training.
