Job summary

Main Event Entertainment in Greensboro, NC is seeking a Technician II to maintain our games, tellers, pinsetters, and related equipment. You will perform electrical, mechanical, and preventive maintenance while upholding safety and sanitation standards.

Responsibilities include troubleshooting, inventory control, ordering supplies, and keeping the mechanic shop organized. Paid on‑the‑job training is provided, and you’ll join a team focused on guest experience and fun.

Qualifications

• 18+ years of age.
• 1+ years of repair/maintenance experience on automated bowling equipment or arcade games.
• Guest-focused mindset and teamwork.
• Strong problem-solving and multi-tasking abilities.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair games and equipment to ensure safe operation.
• Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic systems.
• Inspect, disassemble/assemble components and replace parts as needed.
• Keep accurate inventory and orderly mechanic shop.
• Order supplies and manage tool and material usage.
