Job summary

Main Event Entertainment is seeking a Technician II to maintain and repair arcade games, bowling equipment, and related systems, ensuring safety and performance across the center. You will perform electrical, mechanical, and preventive maintenance and help keep the mechanic shop organized.

The role requires 1+ year in repair/maintenance of arcade equipment, strong problem-solving, teamwork, and ability to lift up to 250 lbs.

Qualifications

• 18+ years of age
• 1+ years of repair and maintenance of arcade games or automated bowling equipment
• Guest-focused mindset
• Teamwork is essential
• Strong problem-solving and multi-tasking skills
• Ability to learn multiple systems that support the business
• Electronics, mechanics, and hydraulics knowledge
• Basic working knowledge of hand tools
• Ability to work on ladders
• Ability to lift up to 250 lbs
• OSHA regulations and safety practices knowledge
• Wearing and working in PPE
• Effective communication with Management, Team Members, and Guests
• Availability to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays

Responsibilities

• Upholding cleanliness and safety standards
• Welcome guests and act as a FUN ambassador
• Electrical, mechanical, and technical work for construction, repairs, and scheduled maintenance
• Troubleshooting repairs on games, tellers, pinsetters, etc.
• Disassembling and repairing mechanical and electrical components
• Maintaining accurate inventory records
• Ordering supplies, tools, and materials as needed
• Maintaining the mechanic shop and facility
• Paid on-the-job training
