Job summary

Lazard, a premier financial advisory and asset management firm, seeks an experienced Vice President to join its Technology Investment Banking Group in San Francisco. The role focuses on technology M&A, client interaction at senior levels, and leading deal processes within a collaborative team.

Ideal candidates have 5–6 years of investment banking experience with a track record in Technology M&A, strong leadership, and excellent communication skills. MBA/JD are assets; bachelor’s degree required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5–6 years of investment banking experience.
• Demonstrated client and deal experience on Technology M&A transactions (buy and sell side).
• Leadership qualities and ability to empower junior bankers.
• Strong client relationship and presentation skills.
• Strong quantitative background with meticulous attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with ability to manage multiple transactions.
