Job summary

Morgan Stanley is seeking Associates and/or Vice Presidents to join the Investment Banking Technology Group in New York, NY or Menlo Park, CA. You will work on a wide range of complex transactions, partnering with regional and international clients to deliver high-quality advisory services and differentiated execution.

Successful candidates will have 3–6+ years in investment banking, a strong analytical and communication skillset, and the ability to collaborate in a team-oriented environment

Qualifications

• 3–6+ years of investment banking experience in complex deals.
• Experience in technology sector is preferred but not required.
• Strong motivation, commitment, and ability to work under tight deadlines.
• Excellent analytical, written and verbal communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree required; MBA and/or CFA designation would be an asset.
• Series licensing or must obtain.

Responsibilities

• Assist on complex transactions including acquisitions, divestitures, mergers and restructurings.
• Collaborate with regional and international clients and professionals across the firm.
• Deliver high quality advisory work and differentiated execution.
• Work across sectors/verticals to drive new insights and outcomes.
