Job summary

You will work with regional and international clients on acquisitions, divestitures, mergers, joint ventures, restructurings, and capital markets deals, under the guidance of senior professionals.

You will contribute to high-quality advice through strong analytical skills, clear communication, and a proactive, team-oriented mindset.

Qualifications

• Up to 1 year of experience in investment banking or capital markets.
• Strong motivation, focus on quality, attention to detail and work ethic.
• Experience in Technology industry is preferred but not required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Analytical, quantitative, adaptive, self-starter and team player.
• Interest in a career in investment banking.
• Bachelor’s degree required; Series licensing or obtain
• Top education credentials.

Responsibilities

• Support technology-focused investment banking deals including acquisitions, divestitures, mergers and capital markets transactions.
• Collaborate with senior bankers to deliver high-quality strategic advice to clients.
• Assist in preparing materials, financial models, and client presentations.
