Job summary

WEX is seeking a self-driven Financial Analyst to join the FP&A Technology team in a hybrid work environment. You will partner with Technology & Digital leadership, delivering budgeting, forecasting, and reporting to drive strategic investments and financial clarity across global teams.

You will collaborate with Commercial Finance, perform close processes, and champion process automation to shift focus to value-added analysis. Strong Excel, ERP, and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in Finance or Accounting, preferably in technology or IT.
• Advanced Excel skills with complex modeling and pivot tables.
• Experience with ERP systems such as Anaplan and PeopleSoft.
• Ability to synthesize data into clear insights for senior leadership.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with stakeholders.
• Strong orientation to streamline processes and drive automation.
• Preferred: experience with Alteryx and UIPath; comfortable in a hybrid work environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver budgeting, forecasting, and reporting for Technology & Digital teams.
• Provide insights to leadership to support strategic investment decisions.
• Manage monthly and quarterly close processes, including accruals and reclasses.
• Maintain data integrity across cost categories and initiatives.
• Champion automation of financial processes and standardization.
• Support capital planning tools aligned with FP&A platform upgrades.
