Brown & Brown, Inc. is seeking a Financial Analyst - Technology to join our FP&A team in Daytona Beach, FL.

You will partner with technology and finance leaders to manage budgets, forecasts, headcount, vendor spend, and cost allocations, turning financial data into actionable insights. The role supports month-end close, prepares dashboards and executive summaries, performs variance analysis, and helps drive long-range planning for technology functions.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting.
• 2–5 years FP&A or related experience; technology cost function preferred.
• Experience budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and management reporting.
• Strong Excel and MS Office skills; experience with enterprise planning/tools preferred.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality.

Aufgaben

• Support the Senior Financial Analyst in reviewing Workday Financial reports, spend analysis, and journal entries.
• Consolidate and analyze technology budgets, forecasts, headcount, vendor spend, allocations, and financial reports.
• Assist month-end and quarter-end close activities for technology cost centers, including accruals and reporting.
• Prepare recurring and ad hoc technology financial reports, dashboards, and executive summaries.
• Perform variance analysis and identify key cost drivers, risks, and opportunities for leadership.
• Support annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning for technology functions.
• Maintain financial models and schedules for technology investments, projects, contracts, and business cases.
• Collaborate with technology leaders, Finance, Accounting, and Procurement to validate results and insights.
• Develop understanding of technology services and cost structures to improve forecast accuracy and reporting.
• Support cost allocation and chargeback processes by validating drivers and responding to stakeholder questions.
