Brown & Brown is seeking a Financial Analyst - Technology to join the Technology FP&A team. The role partners with technology and finance leaders to provide financial analysis, planning, forecasting, and insights that support business decisions.

The position supports budgets, forecasts, operating expenses, capital investments, headcount, allocations, and vendor spend, translating results into actionable insights.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting.
2–5 years of FP&A or financial analysis experience; technology cost functions preferred.
Experience with budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and reporting.

Responsibilities

Support technology FP&A through budgeting, forecasts, and reporting.
Analyze spend, headcount, and vendor costs to drive insights for leadership.
Consolidate financial data for technology functions and prepare dashboards.
Assist month-end/quarter-end close activities and variance analysis.
Collaborate with technology, finance, procurement and other stakeholders.
