Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years experience in an analyst role.
• Experience delivering projects and initiatives with measurable financial results.
• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred.
• Expert level proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and support the development of Financial Analysts.
• Collaborate with the FP&A Director to deliver planning, forecasting, reporting, and strategic decision support.
• Analyze monthly financial results and provide insights into trends and variances.
• Monitor performance against budget and forecast to identify profitability improvements.
• Drive the annual budgeting process and periodic forecasting for assigned units.
• Develop actionable financial insights with business leaders to support decisions.
• Build cross-functional relationships with operations, finance, and accounting teams.
• Deliver routine and ad hoc analyses for initiatives and leadership requests.
• Prepare executive-level reporting and commentary for reviews.
• Streamline reporting processes and improve the quality of financial information.
