Wwshemi, an early-stage AI company, seeks its first engineering hire in San Francisco to evolve a workforce product into scalable infrastructure. You will work directly with the founder, with a path toward CTO as the team grows.

Responsibilities span backend, infra, frontend, and agent systems, owning technical decisions and shipping improvements weekly to live customers. This role offers meaningful equity and US visa sponsorship.

Competenze

Shipping production software with measurable impact.
Able to work across backend, frontend, and infra.
Experience building and operating AI agent systems used by real customers.
Proven track record turning prototypes into production infrastructure.
Experience owning technical decisions in small or early-stage teams.

Mansioni

Rebuild the product foundation to support substantial user growth and production workloads.
Design and operate the agent runtime, including orchestration, memory, verification, and reliability systems.
Own technical work across backend, infrastructure, frontend, and agent systems as needs evolve.
Set the technical architecture, stack, engineering standards, and development practices.
Ship improvements weekly to customers using the product in live service businesses.
