Job summary

Allen Lund Company is seeking a Logistics Coordinator to drive our daily freight brokerage operations. You will manage loads, coordinate pickups and deliveries, and work with carriers through our tech-forward platforms to keep shipments moving.

In this role you’ll build carrier partnerships, verify compliance, and support branch accounting while delivering exceptional customer service in a fast-paced, growing network of offices nationwide.

Qualifications

• Tech-savvy with ability to learn new digital tools.
• Strong eye for detail in load data and documentation.
• Able to stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Experience with Google Workspace is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build loads, schedule pickups/deliveries, and vet carriers in our digital platforms.
• Track shipments and provide real-time updates to shippers and customers.
• Source carriers and develop relationships about lane availability and capacity.
• Maintain compliance by verifying insurance, handling rate confirmations, and updating carrier records.
• Support branch accounting by matching invoices and processing payments.
• Deliver high-touch customer service aligned with our company principles.
