Allen Lund Company, Inc. is seeking a Logistics Coordinator to drive daily freight brokerage operations, manage loads, and collaborate with Transportation Brokers. You’ll leverage modern tech tools as part of a fast-moving team focused on accuracy and service excellence.

You will build loads, schedule pickups, and maintain proactive carrier communication while ensuring compliance and smooth daily office workflows. Training on our proprietary systems is provided.

Qualifications

• Tech-savvy and comfortable using modern digital tools.
• Strong familiarity with Google Workspace (Gmail, Docs, Sheets, Drive).
• Exposure to AI tools is a plus and welcomed.
• Laser-like attention to detail when handling loads, documents, and data.
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment and adapts quickly to change.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with a customer-first mindset.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage loads, schedule pickups, and coordinate with vetted carriers.
• Track shipments, provide real-time updates to shippers and customers, and maintain compliance records.
• Support branch accounting processes, invoicing, and digital workflow tools.
