Job summary

Citizens in San Francisco is seeking an ambitious Investment Banking Analyst III to join our Investment Banking team. You will support origination and execution of a broad range of transactions across equity, debt, and M&A with a focus on technology.

Responsibilities include financial analysis and modeling, industry research, preparing pitch materials and client presentations, and coordinating deal processes.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of direct investment banking or transaction-related experience.
• Healthcare/technology industry experience preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a flat organization.
• Strong financial statement analysis and modeling skills.
• Self-starting team player in a fast-paced environment.
• High integrity with attention to detail.
• Proficiency with MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word.
• Experience with S&P CapitalIQ, Bloomberg, FactSet, Thomson platforms.

Responsibilities

• Perform financial analysis and modeling; conduct industry and company research.
• Coordinate processes involved in financing or sale; prepare pitch materials and client presentations.
• Develop offering memoranda, proposals and related written materials for client meetings.
• Interact with clients within Citizens’ coverage universe, including healthcare and technology.
