Job summary

Citizens seeks an ambitious Investment Banking Analyst III to join our Investment Banking team in San Francisco. The Analyst III will be involved in all facets of Citizens’ investment banking activities, supporting the origination and execution of a broad range of transactions, including private and public financings, M&A, and advisory services with a technology focus.

The role requires strong financial modeling, industry research, and client materials preparation, with a close collaboration

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of direct investment banking or transaction-related financial experience.
• Preference for healthcare/technology sector transaction exposure.
• Ability to present ideas clearly and persuasively.
• Capable of independent work and multi-project coordination within teams.
• Strong financial statement understanding, modeling, and industry analysis.
• Proactive, mature, detail-oriented and a team player.
• Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word; familiarity with major financial software.

Responsibilities

• Perform financial analysis and modeling for transactions.
• Conduct industry and company research to support deals.
• Coordinate processes involved in financings or sales.
• Prepare pitch materials, client presentations, offering memoranda, and proposals.
