Job summary

Stellantis in Auburn Hills, MI is seeking a Technical, Project & Event Support Specialist to provide tier one user hardware and software support, open and close tickets, and monitor support trends for long-term fixes while assisting events and managing projects.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and 3+ years in IT, strong communication, familiarity with Active Directory, VPN, MS365, and PC hardware, plus occasional weekend/evening work.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required.
Minimum 3 years in an IT role.
Experience providing user support and setup of computers and accounts.
Strong customer-focused communication.
Ability to analyze systems operations and issues.
Calm under pressure and able to work with executives in-person.
Knowledge of Active Directory, VPN, and group policies.
MS365 tools (OneDrive, Mail, Calendar).
Experience with PC hardware upgrades.
Willingness to work weekends/evenings for events.

Responsibilities

Document, track, and monitor issues for timely resolution.
Perform root cause analysis and implement long-term solutions.
Escalate problems to higher-tier support when needed.
Assist user community with moderately complex tickets.
Support meetings, executive reviews, and manage projects.
