Job summary

Full Compass Systems, LTD is seeking a Technical Support & Events Specialist to stage and operate audio, video, and lighting for company meetings, vendor trainings, and in-house events. You will also maintain gear, develop internal training sessions, and provide secondary technical support to Sales and customers.

The role requires hands-on experience with pro audio, video, and lighting gear, and a willingness to work nights or weekends as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience with Pro Audio, Visual, and Lighting equipment.

Responsibilities

• Stage, set up, and operate audio, video, and lighting equipment for meetings, trainings, and events.
• Develop and deliver internal training sessions, webinars, and demonstrations for sales staff and end-users.
• Maintain and rotate equipment in studios, training rooms, and retail spaces; ensure systems work and reset after use.
• Provide secondary technical support to Sales staff, including product application and integration discussions.
• Assist in presenting product demonstrations and technical seminars with the Tech Team and vendors.
