Pars-Therapy-1 is seeking licensed physical therapists in the Denton, TX area to join a forward-thinking home-health team leveraging the Roger app to streamline documentation. You will focus on delivering high-quality patient care while reducing paperwork time.

Competenze

• Active Physical Therapist license in TX
• Professional liability insurance coverage for TX license
• Graduate degree or higher in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
• Experience in home health or rehabilitative settings preferred
• Up-to-date knowledge of evidence-based treatment techniques and best practices
• Excellent communication skills and professional demeanor when educating patients

Mansioni

• Evaluate patients’ physical abilities and functional limitations in a home health setting
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to restore function and mobility
• Provide interventions including exercise, gait training, manual therapy, and balance retraining
• Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs and safety techniques
• Document evaluations and progress notes using digital platforms
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other therapists
• Conduct home safety assessments and make prevention recommendations
• Deliver compassionate care while promoting patient independence
