Job summary

JE Dunn is seeking an Aptitude Project Manager 2 in Denver, CO to oversee constructability reviews, conceptual estimating, bid pricing and project coordination for technology scopes. You will lead teams, manage budgets, schedules and vendor relations to ensure successful delivery aligned with JE Dunn’s standards.

This senior PM position requires 8+ years in IT/security/life-safety systems and 5+ years of project management, with a focus on healthcare construction and travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, IT or related field (Required).
• Equivalent relevant experience will be considered in lieu of above requirements.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate technology related design and construction efforts that meet constructability, quality, financial and technical standards.
• Provide technical expertise related to design assist, installation, and network integration of complete and related systems.
• Create technology specific scopes of work and responsibility matrices tailored to individual projects.
• Perform quantity takeoffs and obtain vendor & trade partner pricing to compile budgets or hard bid proposals.
• Manage budgets, costs and projections related to assigned projects.
• Lead, coach and motivate team members in a proactive manner, consistent with JE Dunn’s objectives and values.
• Develop and manage project plans & schedules to achieve project objectives (scope, schedule, cost, quality).
