Job summary

Vouch Insurance is seeking a results-driven sales professional to join the Horizon team in a hybrid role based in San Francisco or New York. You will drive business development, cultivate influential relationships, and manage cycles from discovery to close.

You’ll engage with CEOs, CFOs, and GCs, leveraging connections to win high-value opportunities within the tech ecosystem and startup community.

Qualifications

• Must have 2+ years of quota-carrying sales experience in insurance, fintech, software sales, or similar.
• Proven ability to close deals with C-suite and senior leaders in tech ecosystems.
• Strong networking skills and the ability to build Centers of Influence.

Responsibilities

• Develop and expand business by building Centers of Influence with top law firms, investors, and partners.
• Manage end-to-end sales cycles, typically 6–16 weeks, from discovery to close.
• Collaborate with client success and brokers to tailor insurance solutions and drive growth.
• Attend 3–4 industry events per month to raise brand presence and generate opportunities.
