Vouch is an insurance advisory and brokerage built for growing technology-focused companies. As part of the Early Stage Advisor Team, you will advise clients on insurance coverages, manage onboarding and vendor relationships, and help scale our sales processes with new products and technology.

This role blends client engagement with analytical, process-driven work. You will work in a hybrid setup with in-office presence required at least three days per week in our San Francisco, Chicago, or New

Qualifications

• 2+ years of sales or client-facing experience, preferably in insurance.
• Licensed Property & Casualty or license expected within 30 days of start.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Build trusted relationships with clients and onboard them to the Vouch platform.
• Assess risk profiles and advise on coverage with carriers.
• Manage client lifecycle from application to bind with carrier portals.
• Present customized insurance proposals to clients.
• Plan daily sales activities, respond to emails, and document in CRM.
• Provide timely responses and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
• Conduct pipeline reviews with manager.
