Job summary

Encore Global is seeking a Warehouse Technician to support shipping, receiving, inventory control, and project tasks in a fast-paced facility.

The role relies on modern warehouse technologies, RF scanning, RFID tagging, and IoT-enabled equipment to ensure accuracy and efficiency. Candidates should be capable of lifting 50+ lbs and following Lean processes while maintaining safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED is required.
• 1+ years of warehouse experience with exposure to modern warehouse technologies.
• Proficiency in operating warehouse equipment and safety protocols.
• Physical ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform warehouse tasks following ergonomic guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Process inbound/outbound orders using WMS, including receiving, shipping, and labeling.
• Perform quality checks and use IoT/defect-detection systems where applicable.
• Maintain accurate inventory through real-time tracking and Lean practices.
• Operate and maintain warehouse equipment including forklifts, AGVs, and pallet jacks.
• Uphold safety standards and participate in HazCom and OSHA trainings.
