Encore is seeking a Sr Warehouse Technician to lead equipment handling, QC, and logistics in a warehouse environment, including staging, picking, and loading/unloading trucks. You will supervise warehouse staff, manage schedules, and ensure inventory accuracy.

Formación

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 3–5 years of warehouse experience.
• Ability to lift over 50 lbs.
• Follow written and verbal instructions.
• Strong communication with team and customers.
• Detail oriented with accuracy.
• Multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic computer skills incl. MS Office.
• RF-based WMS experience preferred.
• Experience operating industrial forklifts.

Responsabilidades

• Pick, scan, and stage outgoing equipment for transport.
• Sort, scan, and QC incoming equipment.
• Support QC processes and procedures.
• Re-shelf equipment after QC.
• Use Navigator software to manage pick lists and track orders.
• Perform annual physical inventory.
• Load/unload equipment from vehicles.
• Assist with deliveries or on show sites.
