Job summary

UNIS is seeking an Operations Supervisor in Pooler, GA to lead daily warehouse activities including receiving, inventory, picking, packing and shipping. You will drive performance, safety, and quality while coaching a hands-on team to achieve operational goals.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in warehouse/logistics with at least 1 year in supervision, strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, plus experience with WMS and MS Office.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 3+ years in warehouse/logistics with 1+ year in supervision.
• Proven leadership, communication and coaching abilities.
• Experience with WMS and MS Office preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily warehouse operations across receiving, inventory, picking, packing, and shipping.
• Monitor productivity, quality, and performance metrics; adjust for throughput and accuracy.
• Coach and develop associates; enforce attendance, safety and standards.
• Conduct shift meetings and communicate priorities to the team.
• Ensure policy compliance and drive process improvements.
