Job summary

Allied Universal in Whitsett, NC is seeking a Security Officer Mobile Patrol to safeguard clients across multiple industries. The role requires monitoring, patrolling assigned areas, deterring incidents, and delivering strong customer service.

You will communicate professionally, use tablet tools, and uphold our culture of teamwork and integrity. The position is full-time with daytime evening shifts, and pay at $16.48 per hour.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Background check will be conducted in accordance with laws.
• Drug screen to be conducted as a condition of employment.
• Licensing requirements may be required depending on state/local laws.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel at a technology-focused location.
• Respond to incidents, access concerns, and critical situations calmly and escalate per site procedures.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of offices, common areas, parking, entrances and perimeter.
• Monitor access points and verify credentials; report suspicious activity or irregular conditions.
• Prepare clear activity and incident reports and communicate observations to leadership.
