Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• One or more years of relevant experience.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays (schedule known 4 weeks in advance).
• Openness to pick up additional shifts and earn more income, typically during peak seasons.

Responsibilities

• Generate retail sales using passion for technology and customer service.
• Learn and uncover customers' needs by asking the right questions.
• Position product insights and recommendations for top-down sales solutions.
• Close sales with strong communication to fulfill customer needs.
• Continuously develop skills through training in merchandising and inventory.
• Potential to grow customer base via outbound calls and texts to existing Verizon customers.
• Engage with the community outside the store at Verizon-sponsored events to expand loyal customer base.
