Responsibilities

• Welcome customers with warmth and provide prompt, friendly assistance.
• Help customers choose computers, cameras, and accessories.
• Explain product features clearly without heavy jargon.
• Provide patient, step-by-step help to older customers.
• Operate photo lab equipment and process prints accurately.
• Assist customers with prints, enlargements, and photo gifts.
• Answer questions and troubleshoot basic tech issues.
• Operate the cash register and handle payments accurately.
• Stock merchandise, set up displays, keep floor and lab clean.
• Manage multiple tasks while maintaining strong service.
• Follow store procedures for safety, equipment use, and privacy.
• Assist in other store areas as needed.
