Job summary

Crowell & Moring LLP seeks a mid-level associate to join our Intellectual Property practice in Chicago, Los Angeles, New York, Orange County, San Francisco or Washington, DC. The role requires 2–5 years of patent litigation experience and a degree in computer science, computer engineering, electrical engineering, or a related field.

Hands-on coding experience is strongly preferred, and candidates must be a member of the state bar for the office applied to or eligible for admission by waiver.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of patent litigation experience in federal district courts.
• Excellent academic credentials; strong organizational, writing and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Draft pleadings, motions and briefs; manage written discovery and legal research.
• Prepare for and participate in depositions and other phases of litigation.
