Qualifications

• 2–5 years of patent litigation experience in federal district courts.
• Undergraduate or advanced degree in CS, CE, EE or related technical field.
• Hands-on coding in modern programming languages preferred.
• Bar admission in the office state or eligible for admission by waiver.
• Excellent academics and strong writing/analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Draft pleadings, motions and briefs for patent cases.
• Manage written discovery and assist with depositions.
• Collaborate with clients across industries on IP strategy.
