GOLFTEC Intellectual Property LLC is seeking a Certified Personal Coach at our Castleton location. You will join a team of golf industry professionals and participate in GTU training to develop coaching skills using industry-leading technology to improve student performance.

The role emphasizes teaching golf with data-driven feedback, delivering personalized lesson plans, and maintaining a top-notch Training Center environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of golf instruction or club fitting experience.
• PGA/LPGA affiliation a plus.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Graduate from GTU training program and join a center.
• Use technology to help students play better golf.
• Provide TECFIT and other lessons including outdoor and short game.
• Create high-quality experiences for students, inside and outside bays.
• Maintain equipment and technology in the Training Center.
