Job summary

Johnson & Johnson’s Technology and Digital Quality internship offers Sophomores, Juniors and rising seniors a hybrid schedule for the 2027 summer term. You will work on business process analysis, data collection and reporting while collaborating with QA-Ops, finance and operations to deliver data-driven insights.

You will build dashboards using Tableau, Power BI or Excel, and gain hands-on experience with data ingestion, AI and automation tools, all within a regulated healthcare environment.

Qualifications

• GPA 3.0 or higher
• Undergraduate sophomore or above; master's students must have undergrad degree by June 2027
• Pursuing degree in science, data science, engineering, or technology related field
• Ability to present data findings clearly to technical and non-technical partners
• Familiarity with data analysis concepts and tools

Responsibilities

• Analyze end-to-end business processes and translate needs into digital solutions
• Collect, clean, and prepare datasets for analysis from databases, APIs, and spreadsheets
• Develop visualizations and dashboards for stakeholders using Tableau, Power BI, or Excel
• Create automated workflows for data extraction, transformation, and reporting
• Support decision-making with data-driven insights across T&DQ functions
• Collaborate with QA-Ops, finance, and operations to understand data needs
• Document methodologies and results to enable knowledge sharing
