Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is offering a Technology and Digital Quality Internship for Summer 2027. The program blends on-site and remote work three days a week, with two days remote, aimed at sophomores and above pursuing science/engineering disciplines.

You will gain hands-on experience analyzing business processes, building dashboards, and supporting data-driven strategies across T&DQ. Strong analytical and collaboration skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Permanent US work authorization without sponsorship now or in future.
• Enrollment in an accredited college/university during the Internship.
• By start date, undergraduate sophomore or above.
• GPA 3.0 or higher.
• Pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in science, data, engineering, or technology fields.
• Ability to clearly present data findings to technical and non-technical partners.

Responsibilities

• Analyze end-to-end business processes and translate needs into digital solutions.
• Assist in data ingestion, cleaning, and preparation for analysis.
• Perform data analysis and reporting using visualization tools.
• Create automated workflows for data extraction and reporting.
• Support leadership with data-driven recommendations.
• Collaborate with QA-Ops, finance, and operations to meet data needs.
• Document methodologies and results for reproducibility.
