Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking motivated sophomores, juniors, and rising seniors for the 2027 Summer Internship in Technology and Digital Quality. The role offers a hybrid on-site three days per week with remote two days per week, focusing on hands-on data analysis, process improvement, and decision-support activities.

Ideal candidates are pursuing degrees in science or technology fields, with strong data literacy and curiosity, and must be eligible to work in the US without sponsorship.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in science, data science, computer science or related field.
• Ability to clearly present data findings and interpretations to both technical and non-technical partners.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and visualization platforms is preferred, with exposure to Python/R/SQL.

Responsibilities

• Analyze end-to-end business processes and translate needs into digital solutions.
• Collect, clean, and prepare datasets for analysis from databases, APIs, and spreadsheets.
• Create dashboards and visualizations using Tableau, Power BI, or Excel to communicate findings.
