Job summary

Johnson & Johnson invites Sophomores, Juniors and rising Seniors to join the Technology and Digital Quality Co-op program. You will work in a hybrid model, three days on-site and two days remote, assisting in data-driven analysis, dashboards and process improvements within the MedTech/Innovative Medicine space.

You will build skills in data ingestion, cleaning, and interpretation, collaborating with QA-Ops, finance and operations to drive actionable insights and support leadership decisions.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree in a science/engineering/tech field.
• Strong analytical and data interpretation abilities.
• Ability to translate business needs into data-driven insights.

Responsibilities

• Analyze end-to-end business processes and translate needs into digital solutions.
• Collect, clean and prepare datasets for analysis from multiple sources.
• Develop visualizations and dashboards for stakeholders using Tableau/Power BI/Excel.
• Support data-driven decision making and create recommendations for leadership.
