Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is offering the 2026 Summer Internship in Technology across multiple U.S. locations. This full-time, three-month program provides hands-on experience in data engineering, AI, UI/UX, cloud, cybersecurity, and software engineering, with assignments aligned to business goals.

Interns work in a hybrid model with on-site and remote collaboration, guided by managers and project teams. The program also serves as a feeder for TLDP, with potential full-time opportunities upon graduation.

Qualifications

• Permanently authorized to work in the U.S.
• Current student pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree
• GPA 3.0 or higher
• Available May 24, 2027 through August 13, 2027
• Willingness to work full-time (40 hours/week)
• Hybrid on-site/remote schedule preferred

Responsibilities

• Work within specialized groups to build solutions for business partners and drive value
• Contribute individually and as a team member to support a designated technology area
• Collaborate with stakeholders to achieve goals and objectives for the project portfolio
• Develop key capability skills in support of the JJT Technology Strategy
• Conduct data and process analysis to support solution development
