The Cigna Group’s Technology Development Program (TECDP) – Artificial Intelligence Track is a two-year, full-time program for recent graduates and early-career professionals to build AI expertise. Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in CS/AI/DS/CE required at hire.
• Math or Statistics background considered if paired with coding and AI exposure.
• Familiarity with Python/JavaScript/R and AI/ML frameworks.
• Coursework/research/internships in ML/LLMs/NLP/CV or related AI disciplines.
• Demonstrated curiosity about emerging AI tech and responsible innovation.
• Leadership or involvement in clubs/competitions (Hackathons, AI challenges).
