The Cigna Group's Technology Development Program (TECDP) Software Engineering Summer Internship offers a 12‑week immersive experience. You will design, build, and deliver scalable applications, while receiving mentorship and formal education to accelerate your tech career.

Qualified students pursuing CS/CE/SE/IT with programming fundamentals in Python/Java/JS/TS/C# are encouraged to apply. The role requires a hybrid onsite schedule and a May 2027 start, with an hourly pay range of $25.00–$33.00.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a degree in CS/CE/SE/IT or related tech field.
• Relevant coursework, projects, internships, or open-source experience.
• Foundational proficiency in one or more programming languages (Python/Java/JS/TS/C#).
• Exposure to front-end, back-end, databases, cloud, and SDLC concepts.
• Familiarity with Git or other VCS; agile development mindset.
• Ability to communicate technical concepts and learn new tools.
• Experience with AI tools like GitHub Copilot is a plus.

• Work in the Software Engineering track to design, build, and deliver scalable applications and platforms.
