Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of progressively responsible experience in technology leadership.
• Proven track record delivering initiatives and driving execution.
• Experience influencing, leading, and coaching without direct leadership responsibility.
• Strong reasoning and troubleshooting skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership to a high-performing team and ensure alignment with architectural goals.
• Deliver robust technical solutions with vendors/contractors while meeting SLAs and timelines.
• Oversee design artifacts, testing, and hand-off of new technologies.
• Drive continuous improvement of processes and SDLC adherence.
• Define and report department performance metrics to technology leadership.
• Stay current with industry trends and articulate value of new technologies.
