Job summary

Fidelity Investments Inc. is seeking a Technology Delivery Leader for Workplace Investing Portfolio Management in Durham, NC. You will oversee portfolio delivery, governance, and executive reporting, turning data into actionable insights while driving automation and modern reporting capabilities.

You will partner with Technology and Executive Leadership to ensure timely delivery, financial transparency, and clear communication of risks, milestones, and strategic outcomes across the portfolio.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in Technology Delivery, Portfolio Management, Program Management, PMO Leadership, or related roles.
• Experience delivering executive-level reporting, dashboards, and communications.
• Experience with Power BI, Copilot, or similar reporting and automation platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead portfolio governance, reporting, and executive visibility for Workplace Investing technology initiatives.
• Develop and deliver executive dashboards with portfolio performance, financials, risks, and milestones.
• Drive automation and AI-enabled features to improve reporting efficiency and insightfulness.
• Collaborate with technology teams to integrate portfolio data from multiple sources.
• Transition from manual reporting to scalable dashboards and reporting solutions.
• Prepare and present QBRs, QTRs, and executive delivery reviews.
