Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent work experience.
• 7+ years leading technology delivery or PMO functions.
• Experience turning portfolio data into actionable insights.

Responsibilities

• Lead portfolio governance, reporting, and executive visibility.
• Develop dashboards and reports across Workplace Investing tech.
• Drive automation and scalable reporting solutions.
• Collaborate with technology and senior leaders for alignment.
• Oversee QBRs, QTRs, and strategic communications.
