Job summary

Bank of America in Charlotte seeks an experienced Project Manager for the Global Risk Analytics team within Enterprise Risk & Finance Technology. You will lead cross-team delivery, coordinate dependencies, and ensure governance aligns with risk and regulatory reporting requirements.

The role requires strong Agile practices, stakeholder communication, and the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights for non-technical partners.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in Project Management and prior experience as a Tech BA leading significant technical delivery.
• Proficient in Agile methodologies and toolsets (Atlassian suite, JIRA).
• Ability to understand architectural concepts and the big picture while detailing specifics.
• Strong planning, execution and reporting skills; proven ownership of projects.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills; able to engage diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Leads and coordinates routines to support delivery (kick-offs, status reviews, stakeholder meetings, change controls, tollgates).
• Manages coordination of delivery and dependencies across multiple teams.
• Facilitates communication and collaboration across organizations to support timely deliverables.
• Provides status updates on deliverables to stakeholders and leadership (delivery, risks, issues, schedule).
• Works with sponsors to ensure execution aligns with requirements.
• Supports resource planning for delivery and execution.
• Ensures adherence with Enterprise Change Management standards.
• Leads multiple workstreams with users and tech teams to hit milestones.
• Facilitates agile ceremonies (scrum, sprint planning, daily standups, backlog refinement, demos, retrospectives).
• Creates UI mock-ups and design diagrams to align user expectations with delivery; improve UX.
